6/39 Central Park Drive, Yandina QLD

PERSISTENCE PAY

During the sales process we had a short term tenant in place. One of the terms of sale was that the new owner needed a long term tanant in order to purchase the property in their superfund.

We did an exstensive hunt for another tenant in the area & found one in the street who appreciated the enquiry, due to their need for additional storage. The new tenants were prepared to commit to a 1 year lease with a 1 year option.

This tenanted industrial shed with its 294m2 GFA, high ceilings and multiple access points proved the perfect fit for the eventual buyer. The new owners intend to occupy the premises in 1-2 years’ time as the shed is well ventilated, accompanied by multiple exclusive use parking spaces and is situated in a prime location.

Happy seller, happy buyer and happy tenant.
