RE-POSITIONING PROPERTY TO SECURE TENANT

JUST LEASED – 17/24 Hoopers Road, Kunda Park

The vendor trusted the Northern Corridor Group team to bring their property to the market for the first time. After recently retiring, it was time to be a commercial landlord so Ray White took the property to market. Without initially securing a tenant, we reviewed the competition and produced a report to show the differences in competitive assets.

Given the price reduction, the team went back out to their database to determine which prospective tenants were most qualified for the space. After showing the tenant a couple of properties in the area, the team managed to secure an offer and after multiple rounds of negotiations a deal was accepted.
