Graeme Halsey brings with him a wealth of commercial real estate knowledge to the table at Ray White Commercial North Coast Central.
With more than 12 years dealing in transactions and clients ranging from government agencies such as Queensland Rail, medical professionals, retail business operators including major publicly listed companies, Flight Centre, Commonwealth Bank, Retail Food Group, Source Bulk Foods and Anytime Fitness to name a few.
His experience covers retail commercial and industrial both selling and leasing.
Originally from the Sunshine Coast, Graeme has spent the past five years with a major commercial agency in Cairns gaining invaluable knowledge particularly in the area of larger industrial development sites, government land disposals, hotel sales, and investment property sales to SMSFs.
Graeme is passionate about commercial real estate and believes that the secret to success is his ability to listen to clients requests and match them with appropriate property that truly suits their requirements.
Additionally, Graeme has an excellent understanding of the legalities in relation to retail shop leasing, body corporate by-laws and has a thorough understanding of lease terminology.
Being a commercial property owner Graeme has the added benefit of being able to see both sides of sale or leasing negotiations and has a real ability to overcome objections and offer solutions to most commercial deals.
Graeme has a keen interest in developing relationships with individuals who are interested in forming property syndicates who can pool their resources to purchase larger neighbourhood shopping centres, service stations, or industrial property with development potential.
