Dynamic Brisbane duo launch RWC Gateway
After working together for almost a decade, commercial real estate team Jared Doyle and Jack Gwyn have taken their business to the next level, opening RWC Gateway.
Divewear company Adreno has recently secured a new facility in Aspley that will allow them to continue their rapid expansion. The property at 605 Zillmere Road boasts 3,550m2 under roof, with 500m2 of office space and extensive staff amenities.
The seven year lease at $443,750 net was negotiated by Josh O’Brien of Ray White Northern Corridor Group.
“The functionality was the key deciding factor for Adreno, who were trying to consolidate multiple operations under one roof.” Said Josh.
A far cry from their humble beginnings in the backstreets of Woolloongabba twenty years ago, Adreno now also has stores in Sydney, Melbourne, Gold Coast and Perth. Their new warehouse with six large roller doors, container set down areas and expansive internal clearance will incorporate a click-and-collect facility to complement the worldwide shipping functionality.
Adreno is yet another company who has seen a drastic increase in online trade in the last two years.
“We continue to see businesses adapting their operations to meet these changing consumer behaviours and the landlords most willing to adapt with them are sharing the benefits.” Said Josh O’Brien
