Fiit Australia Fit into Mooloolaba Retail/Office Space
Personal trainers Fiit Australia has secured a commercial office/retail unit at Mooloolaba on the Sunshine Coast through Ray White Commercial North Coast Central.
Fiit Australia has leased a 64 sqm tenancy at 1/101 Brisbane Road, Mooloolaba, in a deal negotiated by Ray White Commercial North Coast Central’s Emily Pendleton.
“We leased this property to Nathan Nilsson and Alice Boston of Fiit Australia (pictured with Emily Pendleton) after a two week marketing campaign,” Emily Pendleton said.
“The new tenants will be running a new fitness centre focussing on fat loss, cellulite elimination, health and wellbeing.”
Emily Pendleton said while the property had received some interest before hitting the market, there had been a lack of urgency from potential lessees.
“This is an ideal example of how the leasing process can prompt potential tenants into making a quick decision with very little competition on the market,” she said.
“This quality office/retail unit is positioned within a prominent location on Brisbane Rd. The complex enjoys excellent exposure to Brisbane Rd and includes a number of well-known tenants. There is on-site car parking.”
Fiit Australia has taken out a three year lease at a net rental of $270 per sqm per annum.
