Nambour CBD Site Just What the Doctor Ordered
One of the last remaining vacant lots in the Nambour CBD on the Sunshine Coast has been sold to a local medical centre operator by Ray White Commercial North Coast Central.
The 998 sqm lot at 16 Bury Street, Nambour, was sold to the local syndicate for $500,000 by Ray White Commercial North Coast Central’s Emily Pendleton.
Emily Pendleton said the purchasers plan to build a mixed-use development on the corner site opposite Coles supermarket, which will include residential units and a commercial component with a medical centre.
“The sale is further evidence of the longer-term confidence held by those that have followed the Nambour market through the ups and downs,” Emily Pendleton said.
“The Sunshine Coast is the second fastest growing shire in the country and Nambour has too many key infrastructure features not to play a major part in this growth for the foreseeable future.”
This is the latest in a string of development sales completed by the Ray White Commercial North Coast Central team over the last 12 months.
