Perfect 10 for David C Smith

Sunshine Coast commercial property stalwart David C Smith has scored a perfect 10 from a customer survey following his sale of industrial premises at Yandina.

The 250 sqm open plan shed factory Unit 2/33 Central Park Drive, Yandina, was placed on the market with a very difficult tenant in place who the owners were endeavoring to evict as they wanted the factory sold.

David C Smith sourced the purchaser who wanted vacant possession then made numerous trips to Yandina to ensure the tenant removed his property to vacate by certain dates and clean up the factory for the incoming owner occupier. He not only earned the praise and respect of the vendor but also the owner of the three other existing factories in the complex.

The successful sale prompted the vendor to give the Ray White Commercial North Coast Central senior sales and leasing executive a 10 out of 10 score in a Ray White customer satisfaction survey.

As part of the Ray White customer experience strategy, feedback is sought from clients in an email survey and agents are given a net promoter score (NPS).

David’s efforts prompted happy vendor Colin Langford to record a perfect 10 for the industry veteran.

The NPS is a simple metric that represents how likely a client would be to refer the agent to other people with a 10 the highest score possible and an indication the customer would be highly likely to recommend the agent.

“The customer satisfaction program is about putting the customer at the heart of everything we do, and measuring how well we are servicing our customers,” said Ray White Director and CEO Dan White.

“We are using the program as a part of our Ray White customer experience strategy because we know that great customer service is intrinsic to business growth and profitability.”

David C Smith commenced his real estate career on the Sunshine Coast in 1980 and since joining Ray White Commercial more than a decade ago he has regularly been among the group’s top 10 agents in Australia and New Zealand.

“I still love kicking goals after more than 30 years in the real estate industry,” he said.
