The Little Fig Café to Set Down Roots in Buderim
The Little Fig Café will bring a new modern cuisine to the heart of Buderim on the Sunshine Coast after securing a prominent restaurant tenancy through Ray White Commercial North Coast Central.
Husband and wife operators Steve and Donna Watkins have leased the 111 sqm tenancy at 7/61 Burnett Street, Buderim, in a deal negotiated by Ray White Commercial North Coast Central’s Emily Pendleton.
“We will have an emphasis on home baked menu items using local products and suppliers and we will also be stocking homewares and gifts,” Donna said.
“Our aim is to embrace our customers with great food and coffee and offer them excellent service.”
Emily Pendleton said the property was leased following an intensive three week marketing campaign.
“This site was ideal for The Little Fig Café, which is due to open in early April,” she said.
“Restaurant opportunities like this one are unheard of in Buderim, which has been missing a few key food retailers.
“The owners are excited that The Little Fig Café is taking over this space, which offers outdoor dining and enjoys excellent exposure to Burnett St.”
