Warwick Peters entered the commercial property industry in 2001 following a successful career in financial services senior management, where he dealt with many high-end property, leasing and business restructuring negotiations.

Now as a senior sales and leasing executive with Ray White Commercial North Coast Central he brings extensive knowledge gained in that line of work and made commercial real estate an obvious choice for his new career path.

Obtaining a full real estate licence in 2005 and relocating to the Sunshine Coast allowed him to more diligently pursue the principal activities of commercial sales and leasing, adding professional business broking to his specialist client offerings.

His territory is primarily Brisbane to Noosa but he will work as far afield as Cairns to Perth if it means finding the right outcome for his clients.

The depth of experience in his negotiating gives him a clear advantage with successfully finalising most contract transactions. However, Warwick is always quick to point out that it is the value added services he offers that accounts for his high success rate.

Having a strong corporate background and a “nothing is to difficult attitude” he has the ability to deal with complex situations from a unique perspective, in many cases, enabling him to identify the most favourable outcome for all stakeholders.
