Fraser Martin is a dedicated Sales and Leasing Executive specialising in the Northern Sunshine Coast region, bringing a strong background in finance and business management to every transaction. After completing a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance, Fraser spent eight years working as a Financial Adviser before moving into commercial property, where his analytical approach and genuine client care consistently deliver exceptional outcomes.

Fraser is passionate about helping businesses and investors find the right commercial opportunities to grow and thrive on the Sunshine Coast. His commitment to building strong relationships and understanding clients’ goals allows him to provide clear, practical advice and negotiate effectively in both sales and leasing transactions.

Outside of work, Fraser enjoys surfing, fishing, rugby, and the occasional round of golf. Weekends are often spent with his beautiful partner, friends and their 13-year-old Labrador, Millie, making the most of the Sunshine Coast lifestyle he loves, whether it’s on the beach, outdoors, or simply staying active.
