Hair Salon Snips up Alex Beach Resort Tenancy
Hair salon the Edward Brown Collective has snapped up a retail unit within the Alexandra Beach Resort at Alexandra Headland on the Sunshine Coast through Ray White Commercial North Coast Central.
The salon run by Daniellla Saville and Cassie Bimrose has leased the 50 sqm unit at 10/180 Alexandra Parade, Alexandra Headland, in a deal negotiated by Ray White Commercial North Coast Central’s Emily Pendleton on behalf of an interstate investor.
Ms Pendleton said the property had been leased for the past two decades by Wind n Waves Hair Salon, which has relocated.
“Local residents are happy to see another hair salon take over as they were disappointed about losing their long serving local hair salon,” she said.
“Daniella and Cassie are also locals and they already have a clientele from their previous salon at Maroochydore which is important when taking over a salon.”
Ms Pendleton said the property is situated on the corner of Alexandra Parade and Pacific Terrace with strong visibility in a well-established commercial and residential precinct.
“The premises forms part of the region’s key retail centre with the likes of the Alexandra Headlands Surf Club, Alex Beach Resort and number of eateries and fashion destinations,” she said.
The Edward Brown Collective has secured a 3 + 3 + 3 year lease at a net rental of $540 per sqm per annum.
