Shape the Future of the Sunshine Coast: Make Your Submission Today

The Sunshine Coast Town Plan will influence how our community grows, lives, and does business for decades to come. Now is the time to ensure your voice is heard.

At Ray White Commercial Northern Corridor Group, we believe this plan is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to secure the right settings for growth. A well-balanced Town Plan will not only shape how our region looks, but also how attractive it is for business investment, job creation, and community prosperity.

Your submission is critical. Council needs to hear from local people and organisations who want to see the Sunshine Coast thrive. Submissions don’t need to be long or complicated; simply highlighting your support for key elements of the plan is enough to make a difference.

The following 14 points have been prepared to help guide your submission. You don’t need to include all of them – simply choose the ones that matter most to you, your business, or your community. You can:

  • Write a brief intro and copy & paste selections.
  • Reword them in your own language to make them more personal.
  • Add real examples of how these issues impact you, your business, or the wider community.

Even a short submission that addresses just one or two points adds weight to the conversation.
